Pricing and regular plans
How much does regular pool cleaning cost?
Regular cleaning is $85 per visit for weekly servicing, $95 per visit for fortnightly servicing and $105 per visit for monthly servicing. Chemicals are charged at cost and itemised. See our regular pool cleaning plans for what’s included.
Are chemicals included in the visit price?
Chemicals are charged separately at cost and listed on your service report. We confirm the proposed service and pricing before starting work.
Do you offer a discount for new customers?
Our current offer is 20% off the first visit for new customers. Ask the team to confirm how the offer applies to your quote when you book.
How much is a one-off or green pool clean?
One-off cleans and green pool clean-ups are quoted upfront after we review photos or assess the pool. The work required depends on the pool’s condition. Contact us for a quote.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Regular plans have no lock-in contracts. You can change the service frequency, pause visits or cancel. Contact the team to arrange changes to your booking.

How do I request a quote?

Do I need to be home for the service?
You don’t need to be home if suitable access has been agreed with us. Let us know about gates, keys and any access requirements before the visit. We send a report afterwards and check that the pool gate latches before leaving.
How long does a regular visit take?
A regular cleaning visit usually takes around 45 to 60 minutes. The time can vary with the size and condition of the pool. One-off or green pool clean-ups may need more time or follow-up visits.
What our service includes
What’s included in a regular pool cleaning visit?
A regular visit includes skimming, brushing and vacuuming, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, checking and cleaning the filter as needed, and testing and balancing the water. You also receive photos, readings and service notes.
Do you clean salt water pools?
Yes. We service salt and chlorine pools, including concrete, pebble, fibreglass and vinyl pools. Tell us about your pool when requesting a quote so we can discuss its maintenance needs.
Can you help with a green pool?
Yes. Our green pool cleaning service starts with an assessment of the water and the work required. Recovery time varies with the condition of the pool, filtration and treatment needed. We’ll explain the plan and any follow-up visits.
Can you clean a pool that has been closed over winter?
Yes. Our spring pool opening service helps deal with winter debris and prepare the pool for the warmer months. If the water has turned green, we’ll assess whether additional treatment is needed.
Do you provide separate water testing or filter cleaning?
Yes. We offer water testing and balancing, filter cleaning and leaf and debris removal. Ask us which service suits the issue you’ve noticed.
Do you repair pumps, heaters or chlorinators?
No. We specialise in pool cleaning and maintenance. If we notice an equipment fault during a visit, we photograph it and note it in your report so you can arrange a repair specialist.
Do you clean shared or commercial pools?
Yes. We provide scheduled cleaning for shared, strata and commercial pools within our service area. Contact us to discuss the property, pool usage and reporting requirements.

How often should I arrange pool cleaning?
The right schedule depends on the season, how much the pool is used and how much debris it collects. Weekly visits often suit busy summer pools, fortnightly visits can suit milder months, and monthly servicing may suit winter care. We’ll discuss an appropriate plan for your pool.
When can I swim after a service?
Follow the technician’s advice for your specific visit. The waiting time depends on the treatment carried out and the water test results. If the pool needs recovery work or additional treatment, wait until the technician confirms it is ready.
What information will I receive after the visit?
You receive a report with photos, water readings and notes about the service. Any concerns noticed during the visit are recorded so you know what needs attention.
