How much does regular pool cleaning cost in Manningham?
Regular pool cleaning costs $85 per visit for weekly service, $95 per visit for fortnightly service, and $105 per visit for monthly service. New customers receive 20% off their first visit.
Are chemicals included in the per-visit price?
Chemicals are charged separately at cost with zero retail markup. Because every pool requires different chemical doses depending on weather and usage, charging chemicals at cost ensures you only pay for what your pool actually consumes.
Do you require lock-in contracts or cancellation fees?
No. We believe in earning your business on every visit. There are zero lock-in contracts and zero cancellation fees. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your servicing anytime with simple notice.
How does the 20% new customer discount work?
Every new customer in Doncaster, Templestowe, or Bulleen receives an automatic 20% discount on the labour cost of their first regular pool service. For example, a weekly $85 visit drops to just $68 on your first clean.
How are one-off services like green pool cleanups quoted?
One-off services like green pool restorations, spring openings, and tile descaling are quoted with a fixed price upfront before any work starts. You will never face surprise hourly add-ons or unexpected fees.
Are there travel or call-out fees in Doncaster, Templestowe or Bulleen?
No. We do not charge travel or call-out fees anywhere within the City of Manningham (postcodes 3108, 3106, 3105). Our technicians are based locally.
Do you repair pumps, heaters or chlorinators?
No. Manningham Pool Cleaning specialises strictly in cleaning, water balancing, and routine maintenance. We do not perform mechanical equipment repairs. If we identify a mechanical fault during a visit, we document it on your report so you can engage a repair specialist.
